When will my Cash Back show up in my account?

Normally, your Cash Back will be posted to your account on the next business day after your transaction. However, Cash Back can take up to 30 days to show up in your cash back account depending on our affiliate partners reporting schedule.

Why hasn't my commission shown up?

There are several reasons why your commissions has not shown up yet.

Some of our affiliate partners take up to 30 days to post transactions.
You did not link to the merchants site from a TheCouponAuthority.com Store or Offer page. If you linked properly, you should see the Blue Coupon Bar at the top of the page.
You did not have cookies enabled on your web browser. If your cookies where not enabled, we cannot track your transaction history.
You were not logged into TheCouponAuthority.com before performing your transaction.
You allowed too much time to elapse between the time you linked from TheCouponAuthority.com to the merchant page before you completed your transaction.
You completed multiple transactions without returning to TheCouponAuthority.com to relink to the merchant. Completing each transaction ends your Cash Back session with TheCouponAuthority.com and you have to start over to earn cash back on additional items.
You typed a new address (URL) in the window that was opened by TheCouponAuthority.
You clicked on a “special offer” or toolbar from other websites while shopping.
You contacted the merchant to change the order.
You used the Compare Prices function to link to a store.

My Cash Back percentage is not what I thought it should be?

The Cash Back percentage that is listed on TheCouponAuthority.com's Store and Offer pages is an estimate. The commissions that TheCouponAuthority.com receives varies at different times depending on the item purchased or the current term with our affiliate partners. We do our best job to accurately represent the commissions that you will receive but these representation are not binding.

Cash Back percentage is based on your total order size not including tax or shipping.

How do I receive my money?

Once your account has reached the minimum $25 threshold, you can submit your request to be paid. You will be asked for a mailing address during this time. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate mailing address. Checks will be mailed as soon as TheCouponAuthority.com has received all the funds from their merchant partners — this process can take up to 120 days from the day of your purchase.

Do you tax the Cash Back money?

TheCouponAuthority.com does not tax our user's Cash Back checks. You are responsible for any taxes that may be due on TheCouponAuthority Cash Back redeemed by you.
